1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders received after 5:00 PM (PST), will start processing it the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order is processed, it will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

You can use this number to track your shipment through the carrier’s tracking system.

5. Shipping Locations

We currently ship only within the United States.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us. We will assist in working with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
